In order to deliver safe and ensured products, we conduct many kinds of inspections such as fried color, granularity, microorganism, sensory evaluation, etc. In order to maintain stable quality, we manage rules which all employees have to follow in the factory. We conduct all aspects of our business, from bread baking to grinding and shipping, as an expert of manufacturing panko. As it is often said that making bread is similar to growing a living thing, we need to keep an eye on the condition of the bread which changes every moment.
